Recently, I was setting up DBMT on domino server that had had it running previously. I changed the run time settings from Enabled to At Startup Only. The server restarted, but DBMT was not there. Cue much pulling of hair and checking of settings.

The problem was that previously, the program had been set to run on Friday only. Even though the run settings had changed to startup, it seems the server was still paying attention to the run on days field. Changing the program to Enabled, setting the days to run field to run on all days and then switching back to At Startup Only made the program run as expected.
